I went into work at CrossFit today feeling exhausted from the weekend and telling myself I was going to take the day off. For some reason, that changed by the afternoon and I found myself attempting the CrossFit Games 12.3 workout for no apparent reason.
18 Min AMRAP:
15 Box Jumps 24 in
12 Push Press @ 115 lbs
Finished with 7 rounds + 5 Push Press
For shits and giggles, I went to the CF Games website and found out this put me about 6000th place in the world just for this workout. Not too bad considering I was feeling like shit and didn’t really attack the workout like I normally do. I do think it was a pretty awesome workout though and I will probably attempt it again sometime in the not-too-distant future.
